[Chapter-delegates] ISOC comments to NTIA on DNSSEC consultation

Hi Bill
Many thanks for passing this information to the Chapter Delegates list.
It is very useful for keeping us informed of debate and developments
related to implementation of DNSSEC.
I am wondering if this letter is a public letter, that can be shared
more widely, particularly to the members of the ISOC-AU chapter or even
publicly.
Do you have a link that I can use to refer people to?
Better still, has ISOC drafted a news release that we can be used
locally by chapters to announce the ISOC position on the topic of
DNSSEC. It would save me time and possible confusion as we have to
re-draft the letter for media representatives.
