The IGF Secretariat has issued a call for questions that people would
like to see raised during the three afternoon open dialogue sessions
of the IGF in Hyderabad. These sessions are a new feature of the the
IGF, developed in response to comments on the previous two meetings,
where attendees felt they did not have sufficient opportunity to
engage in unstructured discussion in plenary sessions. The discussion
in those sessions in tended to relate to the broad themes listed on
the programme of the main sessions held in the mornings (see the
program at http://www.intgovforum.org/cms/index.php/upcoming). It is
important for the success of these sessions that the moderators be
well prepared with good questions in advance, in case there is little
interaction from the floor, so I would encourage you and your fellow
ISOC members to send in comments and questions in advance, if there
are issues you would like to see raised.
Please submit any questions you would like to be addressed in
Hyderabad to igf at unog.ch.
Please also feel free to forward this note to any Internet governance
related mailing lists you may participate in, if you think others
should be aware of this opportunity.
