[Chapter-delegates] Recent ITU-T recommendations on spam et al

Marcin,
thanks a lot. It is important for most if not all chapter delegates, and
members altogether, to study these documents. They form part of the
discussion we have to have in each country with government, regulators,
ISPs, etc.
Unfortunately I have not been able to find a freely accessible version of
them; they are under the TIES password system, i.e. reserved to ITU
members, or for sale - even online! - despite continuing announcements
from the ITU, under pressure after WSIS, that the standards would become
freely accessible.
Do you, or any others in this list, have copies they can share or
pointers to the freely usable versions?
