[Chapter-delegates] Invitation to attend the ISOC Board of Trustees Meeting 22-23 November 2008

Dear Colleagues,

The ISOC Board of Trustees meeting will take place next week on 22-23 
November 2008 in the Hilton Hotel, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.

It will be held at UTC 14:00-23:30 (Minneapolis local time 08.00-17.30), 
Saturday 22nd. The sessions on Sunday 23rd will be from UTC 14:00-17.30 
(Minneapolis local time 08:00-11:30). The agenda and supporting
