[Chapter-delegates] ISOC-AU in Sg and Th next week

Hi all
In the spirit of increasing chapter interconnectivity - I will be in Singapore (where we don't have any chapter) and Thailand (where we do) next week and would love to catch up with any other chapter representatives there also.

Suggested topics include:
- sharing info on chapter events and various activity planning
- sharing info on chapter fund raising
- comparisons of broadband availability and regulation in the different countries
