[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Germany meeting yesterday in Berlin

Indeed, it was a very interesting event with ISOC members not only from
Germany but also Poland, Austria and the Netherlands. More information
about the meeting will be sent to this list and uploaded to the Chapter
wiki shortly.
