I will be pleased to assist in any form in preparing the proposal,
despite my pressure for finalizing three of my upcoming books. It
would be great, if chapters could talk to each other (certainly
guided by a central body), find the needful and provide a concrete
suggestion to ISOC HQ for a possible solution.
