[Chapter-delegates] OECD Future of the Internet Economy -16th June, in Seoul

The information is available on their site if you dig a bit.  What I
found is that if you are simply attending (not presenting), you can
apply for a $1000 "grant" for your travel expenses.  In order to
receive that money, you must attend the civil services track (not the
technology track) and fill out a form along with a short explanation
of where your expertise lies and basically why you should be granted
this sponsorship.  You have to begin the registration process to find
