Thanks for spotting the typo!  Will get that corrected.

Re: the agenda items, my apologies if it was not clear.

The Chapter report is contained within "XII - Departmental Updates" and 
  the 'Departmental Reports' at:

The Membership system report is also reported under "XII - Departmental
