[Chapter-delegates] OECD seeking YouTube video: "How can the Internet make the world a better place?"

Actually, there's such a web site. Will send it later from my notebook
as now I'm via blackberry only and don't have it in hand.
Anyone can then translate it in any language, sentence by sentence. It
is quite a clever one!
