[Chapter-delegates] REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - ISOC AMS System

Hi Sabrina, all,

of course congratulations on getting the RFP out. We look forward to a
new and improved AMS system. I will look into it is more detail, and
see if we can find suppliers here that are willing to submit
proposals. One question however: I think ISOC as an organisation that
has its roots in standards, should be strict in what it puts out.
Putting out part of an RFP exclusively in deprecated proprietary vendor
formats - like Microsoft Office (R) Suite's .doc and .xls formats which
are now obsolete - is unnecessary.  

I have done the task of converting said files to a non-discriminatory
open standard. Would you be so kind to add the following open standard
based files in the RFP package (the files are in ISO 26300/ODF)? Since
ODF is supported is virtually every office package, you can even
choose to omit the originals.
