Hello Veni,
I took a look. Apart from the functionality problems related to buttons the
manner in which the questions are listed would elicit ambiguous results.
For example "I get too much spam in my mailbox" - may have to reworded as
"spam control measures" or as "management of spam filters".
"The price of the Internet access in my country - it is too expensive" is a
leading question. There are several other leading questions. The logical
response can not possible be most important or least important. The response
can only be very true or not at all true. At least if it is "The price of
internet access" the ranking as given is logical.
It needs to be rephrased and redesigned line by line
