[Chapter-delegates] survey

Veni,

The survey instrument provided to collect the "5 important 
internet-related issues" is going to have a hard time getting that 
information for your use.

Only one item may be selected in each column.

What that means is that you may find out from any one individual what 
they feel is the "least important", "somewhat important", "Important", 
"More Important", and "Most Important".

A better tool would let each person select 5 items, no matter what 
column they select, maybe all of them being "Most Important" or 
whatever and then you could combine the results to show what 5 items 
were selected the most times and on down the list.

I think I will wait for the next version of the questions because I 
will spend way too much time trying to figure out what item is least 
important and what item is most important without regard to any other 
items.  The hardest are the ones in the middle, because you can only 
select one item that is "Important", even if there are other items you 
would like to emphasize more, since there can be only one item that is 
just "Important", whatever that means without relationship to other 
items on the list, whether they are more or less important...
