For the edition, at the top of the page there a link to the documentation: http://doc.wikiwiki.org/, it could be overwhelming, but all is there. You may see also some tutorials, may be easier to start with. There is also a nice  online book: Tikiwiki for smarties: http://twbasics.keycontent.org/

When you are editing a page you will see a link called "Wiki Help" (below the page edit), click on it and it will give you a summary of the syntax you can use. 

As the page is already formatted, most of the work is to look how other lines look like and to do the same.
