[Chapter-delegates] Request for participation - ISOC 'Sphere' Project

ISOC India Chennai wishes to congratulate ISOC on this sphere initiative.
The theme of the project is inspiring and its timing is significant. I wish
to take an active part in this project as also encourage other members of
the chennai chapter to take an active lead.
