To All Chapter Delegates,

As you know, ISOC's annual Board of Trustees election process is underway.
To be eligible to vote, the election procedures require that each chapter
identifies its Election Representative "who will act as its spokesperson
with respect to all election actions." Each Chapter may designate any member
of their Chapter to be their Voting Delegate.
