[Chapter-delegates] New IETF Journal available now

Dear Chapter Delegates,

The new version of the IETF Journal (Volume 3, Issue 3) is now
available online at http://ietfjournal.isoc.org

Its main focus is on Security and Protocols, containing articles on
attacks to the DNS and possible solutions, security protocols and
wether they are successful or not. It also features an article on
successful protocols in general and how this can be measured together
with an updated report on the IAB workshop on Unwanted Traffic.

In addition to that you will find summary reports of the IETF 70
meeting, held in December 2007, regular columns submitted by the IETF,
the IAB and the IRTF chairs, summaries of the plenary sessions, and
interviews with the ISOC fellows who attended IETF 70.

You can read this publication online or choose to download the full
issue in PDF format. You can also keep up to date with the latest
