Excelente punto Carlos. El "ruido idiómatico" quizás nos llevó a entender que el mensaje de José era una solicitud de apoyo externo a su Capítulo.
En honor a un punto tan importante como es el respeto la vida interna de los Capítulos, será muy bueno que José nos confirme que está solicitando la participación de miembros externos.

Amigos, la unica forma de participar es por directa y expresa solicitud en este sentido de ISOC Peru.
No deberiamos intervenir en asuntos internos de un capitulo, a menos que asi se lo solicite. No entiendo bien, por el ingles debe ser, si en efecto esto es lo que solicita Jose Callo Romero.

Internet and call for solidarity and support of this Chapter Peru,
which wants to be "assaulted" by people who never did anything, and
that only seek their personal appetites. In a propotente mail was
