[Chapter-delegates] Help urgent

Can someone tell us what’s going on in Peru? This is the first time I hear
that something was happening there. I will be glad to participate in any
group to help mediate whatever.

Latin America chapter delegates list looking for volunteers to this
mediation group. I also invite delegates from other regions to join the
group, I assume most of the communication will be mainly in Spanish. If you

Let me suggsest to Sebastian Bellagamba to form a group with some Latin 

American chapters and others may want to join, as soon as possible. This

algunos capitulos Latinoamericanos y ootros que quiseran unirse 

rapidamente. Este grupo debiera encargarse de mediar en este problema 

crucial. Desafortunadamente, esto no es nuevo. Ha habido algun tipo de 

desfuncionamiento en el capitulo peruano desde hace 2 anos. He seguido 

estos problemas, pero parece ser que estan cada vez peor. Me gustaria 

ofrecer a Sebatain ser parte de este grupo como peruana y miemblro de 

ISOC de muchos anos.

Dear Members of ISOC I report to the entire Commonwealth of the 

Internet and call for solidarity and support of this Chapter Peru, 

which wants to be "assaulted" by people who never did anything, and 

that only seek their personal appetites. In a propotente mail was 

intended to usurp and deprive it of office as President 

organizational permission to exercise. Last year new members have 

joined with the purpose of providing a better dynamism and grow our 

Chapter. I appeal to the Internet community for their support and not
