[Chapter-delegates] Help urgent

Thank you, Rosa. This is a great suggestion. I will send an email to  
the Latin America chapter delegates list looking for volunteers to  
this mediation group. I also invite delegates from other regions to  
join the group, I assume most of the communication will be mainly in  
Spanish. If you wish to join, please email me to bellagamba at isoc.org.
