[Chapter-delegates] Help urgent

Thanks for your prompt response Alejandro.

I would like to ask Jose Francisco to calm down. This is no good neither 
for ISOC or Peru.

Let me suggsest to Sebastian Bellagamba to form a group with some Latin 
American chapters and others may want to join, as soon as possible. This 
group should be charged of mediating on this crucial problem. 
Unfortunatelly, this is no new. There has been some type of disfunction 
in the Peruvian chapter since the last two years. I have been following 
up the case but apparentlly is getting worse. I would like to offer to 
Sebastian, to be part of this group for my interest as peruvian and 
long-term ISOC member.

Qusiera pedirle a Jose Francisco de calmarse. Esto no es bueno ni para 
ISOC ni para el Peru.

Permitanme de sugerir a Sebastian Bellagamba de formar un grupo con 
algunos capitulos Latinoamericanos y ootros que quiseran unirse 
rapidamente. Este grupo debiera encargarse de mediar en este problema 
crucial. Desafortunadamente, esto no es nuevo. Ha habido algun tipo de 
desfuncionamiento en el capitulo peruano desde hace 2 anos. He seguido 
estos problemas, pero parece ser que estan cada vez peor. Me gustaria 
ofrecer a Sebatain ser parte de este grupo como peruana y miemblro de 
ISOC de muchos anos.
