[Chapter-delegates] Reminder: Face to face meeting during APRICOT, Taipei.

Dear Colleagues,

This is just a friendly reminder that there will be an ISOC Chapters and 
Members meeting during the APRICOT meeting next week in Taipei on 
February 28th.
