[Chapter-delegates] Help urgent

Dear Members of ISOC I report to the entire Commonwealth of the Internet and call for solidarity and support of this Chapter Peru, which wants to be "assaulted" by people who never did anything, and that only seek their personal appetites. In a propotente mail was intended to usurp and deprive it of office as President organizational permission to exercise. Last year new members have joined with the purpose of providing a better dynamism and grow our Chapter. I appeal to the Internet community for their support and not to be surprised, as well as apply for recognition of our headquarters and the authentic and official Chapter of Peru, as well as the following members:
