[Chapter-delegates] Application to form a Chapter in Togo

Dear Sabrina,

ISOC Benin has recently sent our Secretary General, Yaovi Atohoun, to
contribute to the meeting of the Chapter to be formed in Togo.

This to highlight the good relationship that we , in Benin, have been
maintaining with colleagues in Togo. Most of these colleagues are founding
members of this chapter and we can only be glad that they have at last
formed a chapter. I also note that they have quite a good number of
supporting organizations including Café Informatique, the pioneer of
internetworking in Togo, Afrinic, the African Internet registry and the
regional bank of development.

With all those reasons in mind, we can only recommend a most cheerful
welcome to the Isoc chapter of Togo.
