Here is the ISOC submission sent today to the Department of Commerce  
proceeding.  I want to thank you who have provided me with feedback  
over the past few months, and also on-list and in discussion  
recently.  I think you will find that our position is supportive of  
ICANN, and indicates our interest to continue positive engagement in  
the process in the future.  This issue is a critical part of our  
ongoing commitment to the responsible and expanded deployment of the  
Internet around the world.
