[Chapter-delegates] Chapter and member meeting in Delhi - Wednesday 13th February

Dear Colleagues

This is to let you know that thanks to Affilias, the Chapter and Member 
meeting will be held in Delhi on Wednesday 13th February from 7-9pm (UTC 
13.30-15.30) in:

    ITC Hotel Maurya
    16th floor, Executive Lounge

Remote participation has been very difficult to provide at this meeting. 
However if it is possible, I will send details to this list as soon as I 
can.  Minutes will be taken and posted to the website.
