[Chapter-delegates] REMINDER: OECD Ministerial Marratech calls.

Dear Colleagues,

This is just a friendly reminder that we have the first of our 
"E-meetings" this week to discuss the OECD Ministerial on 'The future of 
the Internet economy'.

The meeting is scheduled for 6 February UTC 10.30 and UTC 20.00. It will 
  be chaired by Bill Graham and Constance Bommelaer and the agenda is on
