  Our chapter has invited one or two Technical experts to be a part of the Chapter and I would like to ask them to part of the Technical Community and contribute to standards development and other technology related work. 

  What are the different ways in which an info-tech expert could take part in ISOC work?  Subscribe to the IETF / IAB mailing lists? What are the other avenues for participation?
