[Chapter-delegates] Dr Steve Crocker's Presentation at ISOC India Chennai

Hello Joly / Anne,

I wish we videographed the Talk, but with the venue finalized barely 48
hours before the Talk there wasn't enough time to pay attention to the
details. In future we will record all Talks to be published as a Webcast.

We are sorry, we haven't done that this time.
