exactly right!

I expect to have the full call/proposal out in early September and I'm
counting on the Chapters to provide good nominees who 1] already understand
ISOC core values 2] are sensitive to identity and privacy concerns at both
the global and regional level 3] and who really want to dig into the 
various technical models being proposed with an eye to how ISOC can help
both the end-user and the new technologists.

We're not the only ones new to this work! Identity is a challenge that
we'll all have to tussle with as the this is still very much "work in
progress" for developers, vendors, and service providers as well!
