Marcin,
I'll add that some of us pushed very hard for this plan to be able to
involve the maximum contribution possible from the chapters.
So I agree with Franck's suggestion to read these documents in detail.
Further I add to spread them into the chapters, explain the high-level
strategy, map into the local environment, and in the meantime surely we
will hear more from Lucy and other ISOC leadership (including Board!) as
to how to make progress.
The identity, trust, and security issues, as mapped out, are highly
non-trivial, very cross-layer and multistakeholder, and thus potentially
very ISOC. This last part is up to us to achieve.
