[Chapter-delegates] Project Funding info sessions [27 August]

Mid-September is a little late, Rosa - but thank you very much for  
offering.  The cycle for applications opens on September 8 and closes  
October 6, hence my holding the information sessions end August in the  
hopes that that schedule allows for enough preparation time before the  
end of the cycle.

Carlos or Sebastian, are either of you able to participate in either  
call on 27 August (1030 or 2000 UTC) and translate the session?

Please respond off-list so that we can discuss it further.
