[Chapter-delegates] Project Funding info sessions [27 August]

Carlos,

there is a list in Spanish which is run by Sebastian Bellagamba and to the 
best of my knowledge includes all of us delegates from Spanish-speaking, 
as well as Portuguese and maybe others, from Latin America and the 
Caribbean.

I'm sure Sebastian will be making sure you are on it as the week begins.

Regarding your previous email, I think that your choice of subjects is too 
broad and though we need to discuss them, we will need to be much more 
focused in order to do something useful.

I would still encourage all to make the effort to participate in 
discussions on this main, global list in order to benefit from the global 
reach of ISOC.
