Bill,

and, could you tell us in brief narrative what the event was like? Are new 
forces visible that could reshape the debate, is there any sign of 
upcoming progress, regression, or stalling?

I know the question may be too naive or the answer too candid for public 
use ;-). But also I'm sure that many of our chapters could use even a very 
politically correct statement.
