[Chapter-delegates] Association Management System (AMS) project - Phase 1

Dear Sabrina Wilmot,

I wish to be part of the Chapter Steering Committee and wish to play a
constructive role in streamlining chapter interaction / management
tasks. I am already part of the Sphere project but participation in
the AMS project would enable me to make my involvement more complete.
