Hi Borka,

can you post the declaration in some textual form? Currently online
there is only a jpg which I found hard (though not impossible) to read.
I think it would be interesting to spread some publicity around it in
the Netherlands, but I would like the text as such for that. 

Perhaps we can also provide translations in our various languages?
