[Chapter-delegates] Good news from ISOC Peru

Dear delegates,

I want to share with you some excellent news coming from ISOC Peru.  
On March 27th, the Peruvian Chapter held its first General Assembly,  
in which they approved a set of by laws and new officers were  
elected. As a result, the new Chapter board is:

Crisogono Francisco Rubio - President
Willy Rey - Vice-President
Jose Francisco Callo - Secretary
Ricardo Lopez - Treasurer
Alexander Forsyth - Member
Freddy Linares - Member

Estimados delegados,

Quería comentarles sobre las novedades que se han desarrollado en el  
Capítulo de Perú. El 27 de marzo el Capiíulo tuvo su primera Asamblea  
General, en donde se aprobaron los estatutos y se eligieron nuevas  
autoridades. Como resultado, la nueva directiva esta conformada por:

Francisco Rubio - Presidente
Willy Rey - Vice Presidente
José Francisco Callo - Secretario
Ricardo López - Tesorero
Alexander Forsyth - Vocal
