[Chapter-delegates] Internet access in Burma

Hello everyone,

As reported by the news few days ago (The Guardian and The Times) that
the military regime is suspected to have cut off the Internet access in
Burma.

I can see that Myanmar Post and Telecommunications AS9988 owns
203.81.64.20 (one of the .MM nameservers) and is currently unreachable
(out of BGP table).

Is anyone of you better informed about this (especially from technical
side)?
