[Chapter-delegates] Promotional materials

Hello Delegates,

I have quickly prepared a one page write up on ISOC to invite members
to join ISOC

It is still in draft, needs to say more, but can we collaboratively
design a PDF along these lines ?

The PDF is attached. Prepared based on A conscise Guide to major
internet bodies from page http://www.isoc.org/internet/history/.  May
need some factual corrections.
