[Chapter-delegates] Flooding JTC1/SC34: A mixed blessing

Dear Mr Isene,

By now, I'm lost with you, and I don't think I'm the only one.

I've made it clear (on the Finnish web sites, at least) that I'm impartial
on this standardization issue, and I'm all for the normal JTC1 process
instead of a fast track process that has been misused also in the past.

Does Microsoft care that their committee stuffing has negative side effects
- like pulling a committee's work down to grinding halt. That is what is
