[Chapter-delegates] For those attending ICANN meeting in LA, week beginning 28th October

[For those planning to attend the ICANN meeting in LA at the end of  
October in person or remotely]

Dear Colleagues,

To help with planning for our chapter meetings at the next ICANN  
meeting, I have been asking people to sign up on the Chapter wiki at:

If you are planning to attend and have not yet signed up to the wiki,  
would you please do so. (Email me if you have any difficulties).

I had suggested 2 meetings, both on Sunday 28th October. One for  
chapter and member issues, and the other to discuss ISOC's  
participation in ICANN. I have recently learnt that the ALAC group  
are holding a strategic day on Sunday 28th. So we need to find  
alternative dates. I would therefore like your feedback on the  
following suggestions:

ISOC Participation in ICANN
1) Saturday 27th October afternoon meeting   OR 2) Sunday 28th  
October evening meeting

Chapter & member meeting
3) Saturday 27th October evening meeting OR 4) Wednesday 31st October  
evening meeting (bearing in mind this is Halloween in the USA).

Or other suggestions?

Can you please indicate which meeting date combinations are  
preferable for you and I will try to find some common ground amongst  
all the replies, as to the best times. You can  mail me off list if  
you prefer.
