Can I suggest "ISOC's place in future Internet governance arrangements"?
It seems to me ISOC has tended to downplay the role of the IGF as a
forum for policy development, but the host nation Brazil, along with
China and other third world countries, and most of civil society, are
pushing the other way. ISOC needs to consider whether to continue to
buck this trend or whether to find a more integral place for itself
(that is, rather than just as one of many stakeholders seeking to have
their say) in a new IGF-centric policy regime.
