The location, time and date of the Chapter and member meeting is now 
on the ISOC website at:

Proposed Agenda:

7:30 - 7:40: Very short individual introductions:  just name and 
Chapter affiliation.  (Everyone is encouraged to share their LinkedIn, 
FaceBook or other web accessible information by whatever means they 
desire, preferably prior to the start of the meeting)

7:40 - 8:00 Highlight successful chapter activities in Policy and 
Education areas - information sharing, potential collaboration?

8:00 - 8:30 Chapter funding and sustainability - case study from ISOC 
AU and
information sharing.

Document these discussions and presentation and, if time permits, 
organize volunteers to more fully develop these results into documents 
and tools to be shared with all Chapters.

8:30 - 8:45 Presentation of the Draft 2008 Budget Submission for ISOC. 
This should help all Chapters Delegates better  inform their members 
about the major activities of ISOC and the  International 
organization.

8:45 - 8:50 Short discussion and a handout for a possible activity 
starting within each Chapter, follow-on discussions, and consolidation 
and further development for a future presentation to ISOC and ICANN 
regarding the items of greatest concern among members of ISOC
Chapters.

9:00 Official close of the Chapter and member meeting.

* "Remote participation will be possible at this meeting and details 
will be posted to the ISOC website as soon as they are available."
