[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Group on Linkedin

Hi Marcin,
The groups are recently allowed on LinkedIn, i cannot say if one can
have two LinkedIn groups  for the same Organisation.
Please send us the invitation to join the group , it's easier to click
to a link than to search among the profiles.   We can even imagine an
Isoc-ecc group, but let's start with what we have. Isoc deserves to have
such a group on Linkedin.
