[Chapter-delegates] Introducing Sabrina Wilmot

Dear Anne and Sabrina,

     it is a pleasure to welcome you, Sabrina, in our Chapter family - Anne
brought a lot of life to us and it is so nice that she will have an Europe
based supporter now.

     Let me re-iterate and extend to both of You my invitation to Yerevan,
Armenia (12-14.11. 2007) for the ISOC Co-sponsored Conference on Caucasian
networking. It is organized by newly created Armenian Chapter of ISOC and
Central and Eastern European Networking Association (CEENet). Apart from the
Conference itself one the topic which we would to discuss with You is how to
create the ISOC Chapters in other countries, where they don't exist yet.
