Dear Colleagues,

The notes taken from the two OECD Ministerial phone conferences on  
September 27th have been posted to the ISOC website at:

Thank you to everyone who participated and provided feedback.

As noted in an earlier email today, there will be additional  
opportunities to provide feedback.  A follow up meeting will be held  
in LA on Tuesday October 30th at UTC 20.00-21.00 for those  
interested. Details of that meeting is at :

This will be updated as and when further details are available. You  
can also send any feedback to the Chapter delegates mailing list, or
