[Chapter-delegates] Request for participation in ISOC survey - Proposed New Initiatives ISOC workplan

The survey is done, for the Washington, D.C. chapter.
I understand the frustration expressed by some people concerning the way
the chapters were split into regions. While I hope ISOC will work with
them to correct any problems, I also hope that everyone will participate in
the survey and take advantage of the opportunity to provide ISOC with their
input.
