Hi Tony,

In Belgium we are working on several issues related to cybercriminality,
through our Internet ombudsman service. In the past 2 1/2 years we have
received several complaints, some small others very difficult and
complex. We are actually working on the report which will clearly
indicate where law and regulations are failing in handling delicts. We
are interested in working with you and other chapters on this topic.

Best regards,
