Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to advise you that as of today, we have two new chapters,
ISOC Sierra Leone (ISOC SL) and ISOC United Arab Emirates (UAE).

On behalf of all the Chapter Delegates, I'd like to extend a warm
welcome to Chrystabel Davis and Adrian Labor from ISOC SL and Sulaiman
AlAnsary from ISOC UAE and their colleagues. We look forward to working
closely with ISOC Sierra Leone and ISOC United Arab Emirates in the near
future.

Veni, Anne and all of our venerable Chapter Delegates,

In the interest of brevity and the best use of our communication
bandwidth, how about we designate an official "Welcomer" (and how about
that being either Anne or Veni or Frank, meaning the ISOC staff person
who is responsible for it all anyway or one of our venerable elected
Board members) to be the official Welcomer.

I certainly add my Welcome to Anne's announcements and Veni's Welcome to
the most recent additions to "us", Nepal, Sierra Leon and the United
Arab Emirates, but I am sure those who have made it through the process
will know that we are all proud of them and their efforts to get
involved and help the Internet Society grow the Internet for Everyone!
