Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to advise you that as of today, we have two new  
chapters, ISOC Sierra Leone (ISOC SL) and ISOC United Arab Emirates  
(UAE).

On behalf of all the Chapter Delegates, I'd like to extend a warm  
welcome to Chrystabel Davis and Adrian Labor from ISOC SL and  
Sulaiman AlAnsary from ISOC UAE and their colleagues. We look forward  
to working closely with ISOC Sierra Leone and ISOC United Arab  
Emirates in the near future.
